This portal is used by agencies participating in the State of Iowa Setoff and Non-Tax Debt Programs, or by the Department of Transportation to report non-payment on vehicle registrations.

Tax Credit Administration Portal
This portal is used by Food Banks and Pantries and School Tuition Organizations (STO) to file annual reports, submit donation receipts, and manage tax credits with the Iowa Department of Revenue

This portal shares documentation about bulk payment and withholding file layouts, and it provides a testing mechanism for service providers (bulk filers) submitting bulk returns, W-2, and 1099 files submitted to the Iowa Department of Revenue.
Service providers can register for this portal by logging in to the main GovConnectIowa portal and completing the āRegister as a Bulk Filerā.

Modernized e-File (MeF) Portal
This portal allows software developers to submit a letter of intent, meaning they plan to support certain tax forms to be e-filed.

This portal is used by local government officials and dramshop insurance companies, such as licensing or other staff and attorneys, to endorse dramshop information, review retail tobacco, device permit, and alcohol license applications, provide information regarding civil penalties for tobacco sale-to-minor violations, and more.
Businesses and retailers applying for an alcohol, tobacco, cigarette, or lottery license should use the main GovConnectIowa portal.
