An industry member can sell, furnish, or give wine and beer coil cleaning services to a retailer, including carbon dioxide filters and other necessary accessories to properly clean the coil and affix the filters.
An industry member cannot sell, furnish, or give alcoholic liquor coil cleaning services to a retailer.
If carbon dioxide filters are provided to a retailer as part of wine and beer coil cleaning services, the manufacturer (not the wholesaler) is responsible for paying the costs.
