Industry members can give or sponsor educational seminars for employees of retailers.
The seminars can be held either at the industry member’s premises or at the retailer’s establishment.
The topics of the seminars can include:
- Use of a retailer’s equipment
- Training seminars for a retailer’s employees
- Tours of alcoholic beverages manufacturing facilities
An industry member cannot pay a retailer’s expenses or compensate a retailer for attending a seminar or tour.
