An industry member cannot park a refrigerated truck on a retailer’s licensed premises to be used for the retailer to store extra product (see “Equipment”).
An industry member can park a refrigerated truck off of a retailer’s licensed premises and use the truck to service a retailer during a special event. This service must be offered to all retailers.
