Fixtures

Industry members are prohibited from directly or indirectly giving, selling, renting, or lending any items considered fixtures. This prohibition includes obtaining fixtures for a retailer through a third-party arrangement.

“Fixtures” include, but are not limited to:

  • Bar sinks
  • Bars
  • Light fixtures
  • Indoor or outdoor signs used to identify the retail establishment

“Fixtures” do not include items considered to be product displays, retailer advertising utensils, consumer advertising specialties, select glassware, tapping accessories and coil cleaning services, tastings, or newspaper cuts, mats, or engraved blocks for use in retailers’ advertisements.
