Industry members may offer coupons to consumers in printed or electronic format.
All industry member coupons furnished to consumers which are redeemable at a retail establishment must meet the following conditions:
- All retailers within the market where the coupon offer is made may redeem the coupon
- An industry member does not reimburse a retailer for more than the face value of all coupons redeemed, plus a usual and customary handling fee for the redemption of coupons
