An industry member is prohibited, directly or indirectly, from providing free warehousing of products for a retailer. This free warehousing could be provided by:
- Delaying delivery of alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer beyond the time that payment for the product is received, or
- If a retailer is purchasing on credit, delaying final delivery of products beyond the close of the period of time for which credit is able to be extended (30 days for wine, no credit for beer/alcoholic liquor)
