Violations

An industry member or retailer who permits, assents to, or is a party in any way to a violation of the trade practice rules will be subject to a civil penalty of up to $1,000 per violation, a suspension of the industry member’s or retailer’s license for up to one year, or revocation of the industry member’s or retailer’s license.
